Episode #40: How to lose weight and keep it off without tracking calories

Do you have to track everything you eat for life?
For all of the women I work with who desire to lose weight the goal of weight loss goes beyond just losing the weight. They all want to feel really good in their bodies. They say they’d like to feel healthier, more confident, stronger, sexier, happier, and just better in their bodies.
For many of them they have lost weight in the past… But they realize those strategies didn’t last. At this point in their life they realize the way they lose weight and habits matter! It’s important to find the tools that work for you for weight loss, but ultimately a deeper level of transformation is needed to keep the weight off.
One tool for weight loss is a food diary, or keeping track of how much you’re eating, because if we are being honest what get’s measured gets managed. That said you want to find balance and not restriction when it comes to tracking because the goal of losing weight is more feeling really good in your body and if you don’t feel good in the journey it will be that much harder to keep the results.
