Not that long ago I was struggling to lose weight after having kids. I quickly realized just having my nutrition dialed in and workouts in place was not quite enough.... especially as I got closer to 40.
I taught group fitness classes and saw so many women showing up regularly but not getting the desired results, which was frustrating to say the least. I've heard from women who have tried low carb, no carb, fasting... only to later regain the weight and need a better way.
