In this second part of the series, we explore what to do after realizing that you need to manage stress "in a better way" by supporting the regulation of your nervous system.

We start this episode by simplifying the three states of the nervous system: the ventral vagal, the sympathetic, and the dorsal vagal state. Then we dive into what may or may not be triggering these states, and how you can find solutions in your day-to-day life to find that balance back in a more controlled way. 

Remember: a regulated nervous system is the first step into reaching your goals and dreams, especially those related to your health and fitness.
