Perfectionism in all areas of life includes the way perfectionism can sabotage your desire to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle for yourself and your family.
With this episode, my intention with these stories - my own and those of clients I love - is that you can identify moments in which you have been a perfectionist, make small changes, and allow yourself to recognize that you can find a more balanced way of approaching to your weight loss and fitness goals.
