Ep 17: What my fitness goals look like for 2024 as a health and fitness coach

I was scrolling on Instagram when I saw a "before and after" post from a fellow fitness coach. The photos had just a few weeks difference between one and another, and yes, you guessed it, the photos were taken before and after the holidays.

Both bodies were beautiful, but the "body-shaming" in the post triggered a thought: "Why is it hard for us to accept that there are seasons to our bodies?" and "How our perceptions about our bodies can highly impact our mental health?"

This is why, in this podcast episode, I want to share some insights on how you can approach your weight loss goals in 2024 with a gentle perspective. I'm also sharing my own health and fitness goals and the mindset I'm embracing this year.
