How my fitness goals look like as a health and fitness coach

 

I was scrolling on Instagram when a post from a fellow fitness coach caught my attention. It was your usual before and after post from her latest transformation in 2023, and the way her body changed after the holidays. 

What caught my attention was not the before and after itself, but the hidden message about the seasons our bodies go through. That led me to reflect on the importance of being consciously more gentle about the way we perceive the changes in our bodies. In the same line, the importance of thinking about our mental health first, when it comes to setting our goals for this year.
