My Nervous System is dysregulated, now what?
In the first two episodes of this three-part series about the Nervous System, we explored the potential roots that lead the body to a point of dysregulation, and the common symptoms to look at to identify if you are in that state.
Although this is valuable information, and it can help you recognize if what you're experiencing is nervous system dysregulation -and not other health issues- it's important to go from a place of knowledge to a place of action.
So, what to do after having all this information? How can one be back to a state of calmness and stillness after years, or maybe decades of dysregulation?
Is it possible for me to feel calm again?
This three-part series could not end without me sharing the strategies, habits, and mindset I encourage my clients to integrate into their routines so they can experience true transformation over time.
