Do you have a dysregulated nervous system?

 

This is a topic dear to my heart, as searching for tools and ways how to best regulate my nervous system has been one of my life's quests. This is why, I'm bringing you a three-part limited series inside of The Real and Uplifted Podcast about identifying if your nervous system is dysregulated, and how you can bring your system back into balance. 

For starters, a dysregulated nervous system refers to when your body's natural alarm system, which helps you respond to threats or stress, doesn't function properly... or better to say: doesn't function properly according to the situations you are in.... It's instead stuck on high alert all the time.

 

What are the signs of it? 

 

In this podcast episode, I'm bringing you a three-part limited series on the nervous system. We will talk about the signs you can pay attention to identify if your nervous system is not regulated, and the best -simple- strategies you can implement today to start your journey toward regulation. 

In a nutshell: if you have been feeling "out of whack", or constantly on edge; have trouble relaxing, and experience intense emotional reactions... this three-part series is for you.
