Losing weight after kids, is it possible for me?
Throughout our lives, women are led to believe that all of our physical activity, and even our relationship with food, must be intertwined with the idea of losing weight to fit some beauty standards.
Interestingly enough, this is something that changes with motherhood because after having children, many women are actually looking to lose weight, but to have a healthier lifestyle so they can enjoy their children, regardless of the passing of the years.
This was true for me when I lost 60+ pounds after having my kids, and it's true for my client Britney, who I interviewed in this episode of The Real and Uplifted Podcast.
