Episode #21: Four steps to beat cravings and reach your weight loss goals

How to overcome cravings and lose stubborn fat?
Cravings can be a difficult opponent to beat in a weight loss and fat loss journey, especially for women who have been trying to lose stubborn fat for a while.
One of the reasons why cravings sabotage the progress of so many women working toward their health and fitness goals is that cravings can come from different roots and have different triggers. But, understanding the roots and triggers of those cravings is a work that needs to be done collectively, and not alone, since accountability and support are key factors to change the perspective around cravings and eating behaviors.
Four steps to beat your cravings
As a health and fitness coach, I have supported over 200 women in reaching their health and fitness goals. I dare to say that all of them, including myself on the list, have dealt with what we know as emotional eating, stress eating, or cravings.
So, how can we overcome these so-called cravings from sabotaging our progress? How do we hold ourselves accountable throughout this journey?
In this podcast episode you will learn the following:
- A four-step process I use with my clients to help them recognize the roots of their cravings and hold themselves accountable.
- The role of stress in the weight loss journey and why we need to understand it better to overcome cravings.
- How you can get my support to achieve your goals and feel amazing in your body.
