I'm on a weight loss plateau... and now?

 

One of the concepts every woman should keep present before, during, and after embarking on a weight loss journey, is the one of weight loss plateaus. Weight loss plateaus can make women feel stagnant with their progress, potentially leading them to quit said progress and even promoting getting back to old habits they once wanted to ditch.

So let's get the concept clear: A weight loss plateau is a period during a weight loss journey when the scale seems stuck, and despite continued efforts, there's little to no progress in shedding pounds. 

It's a frustrating phase that can test one's patience and commitment to a healthier lifestyle, but I'm here to tell you that they are normal, you should expect weight loss plateaus in your journey, and I am here to walk you through that phase of the journey.
