The importance of living reflexively versus reflectively in your weight loss journey

 

Hey there! In today's episode of The Real and Uplifted Podcast, we will talk about one of the pieces that are usually ignored when starting a weight loss journey, but creating some awareness around it is a real game changer. I'm talking about living reflectively versus reflexively.

Understanding how reflection is one of the most important pieces I work on with my clients, we first need to know the difference between these two ideas. 

In brief, living reflexively is like going on autopilot, most of us always live here, while living reflectively is to bring a conscious and intentional approach to our actions. 

In this week's episode, we dive deeper into what this looks like on a fitness journey.

The more aware you are of the importance of living reflectively in your fitness journey, the closer you are to genuinely enjoying the journey and loving and feeling comfortable in your body a bit more, one day at a time.
