How can you lose the last 5 lbs on your weight loss journey?!

 

Hey there! In today's podcast episode, I want to talk with you about one topic all of the women I speak with encounter at some point on their weight loss journey: how hard it can be to lose the last 5 lbs "keeping them away" from reaching their fitness goals. 

There are several reasons why someone on a health and fitness journey hits a plateau just 5 lbs away from the first set goal. And all of those reasons are pretty isolated to each individual. But, in this episode, I want us to talk about the five things I have found in common in my coaching clients that might also apply to your journey. 

Here's the catch: Do you really need or want to lose those last 5 lbs according to the scale?

Regardless of how common it is to hit a plateau on your weight loss journey when getting close to your goals, most women are not aware of this reality and tend to beat themselves up, ignoring all the fantastic progress they have already accomplished.

2. Is it time for a break? You should ask yourself some questions to figure out if you really need to lose those last 5 lbs now.
