Is this the end?

 

It is very interesting how an experience can bring both sadness and peace at the same time. This is what I have been experiencing since I decided a couple of weeks ago to stop with this podcast show, or better to say, to make a pause so I can be more present for my family, and rearrange the foundations of the things I want to talk about and the ways I want to support my listeners. 

This is not a goodbye, since I'm planning on getting back to podcasting on my terms and in my schedule after I allow myself to reflect on the growth I have experienced in the past few months.

My podcast was never meant to be monetized and make profits out of it. The Real and Uplifted Show was for me to connect with my voice and go deep into the topics I feel most passionate about supporting women to feel the healthiest in their bodies, nervous system regulation, nutrition, fitness coaching, and more. 

But, as things have been shifting for me and many others in the online small business space, I had to take the time to see all my efforts from a distance, and come back stronger and with much more clarity about the topics I want to talk with you, that can be inspirational and beneficial for your journey and mine.
