Is mindset the most important piece to weight loss? 

 

Throughout my four years working as an online health and fitness coach for women who try to lose baby weight, live a healthier life for their kids in their late 30s, or simply feel good and look good in their skin, I have realized that the women with the higher success rate in their weight loss journeys are the ones who focus first on making some mindset shifts. 

Although nutrition and workouts are a big and critical piece to achieving those goals of losing 10, 20, or 30+ lbs, facing and changing pieces of your belief system is what ultimately brings you to the change in habits and lifestyle choices that will help you get to your goals, and keep the stubborn fat away for good.
