Ready to pursue your goals but scared they won't work? 

 

We have officially kicked off 2024, and as we dive deep into what this year has in store, I want to get real with you and share a personal story about me and my business. 

2023 will be in the books as one of the most challenging years for my Health and Fitness business. I went through a period of self-doubt so massive that I almost decided to stop coaching women, and supporting their journeys to regain their health and energy.

 

Ask questions which answer may be uncomfortable.  

 

Through that period, I decided to work with a female coach fully on mindset and business. The insights I got from that experience helped me reconnect with my mission and vision and brought a new level of clarity on the steps I want to take to find more joy and flow in my process.
