Episode #15: Dedicate the next year to your body and get amazing results!

Are you reaching your goals or building a prison?
Happy start to the New Year! I can't believe we are kicking off the journey of 2024, and with it, lots of us -if not everyone- have at least one fitness or weight loss goal to tackle over the course of the year.
With this premise in mind, I pondered what I would do if I had to start my weight loss journey all over again. What would this mean for me in a short-term period, such as a month or three months, and more extended periods, such as one whole year of focusing on my goals?
I want to share with you the six pieces I would focus on and how you can start designing a plan that feels good to you. This is also great for you to know when working with a fitness coach to tackle your goals.
If I were to dedicate one year to transforming my body
Since the massive impact of social media on our lives, we tend to seek instant gratification. We usually opt for the option that brings faster results or makes us feel better quickly... but this may or may not be true when talking about starting a weight loss journey.
I recorded this podcast episode to explore what it looks like to make lasting changes in our body, a change that feels good and not like a prison. In this episode, you will learn:
1. The six pieces I would integrate as part of my habits if I were to start again with my weight loss journey over a year.
2. How to set more than a goal, a clear intention, a clear why behind my efforts, and how that determines my success.
3. Tips and actionable steps for you to take and kick off your weight loss journey and feel good in the process.
