Hey there! We have entered December, and the holiday season is kicking off inside and out of our homes. With so many amazing social gatherings and celebrations, we can fearlessly say this is the most exciting time of the year... unless the fear of losing track of your progress is starting to creep in. 

In this podcast episode, I wanted to talk with you about this: the fear of enjoying the holidays and losing your progress, or even worse, not fully enjoying your social gatherings for something that can be solved with the right strategy. 

I'm here to tell you that you can enjoy eating your favorite food and the satisfaction of moving towards your health and fitness goals. 

 

The right strategy will help you keep your progress. 

 

When working on a health and weight loss goal without the proper guidance of a coach, the holiday season can quickly become the scariest one of them all. But fear not more; I'm sharing with you some of the strategies I share with my clients!

1. I share strategies with my clients so they can enjoy their favorite holiday treats while moving towards their weight loss goals. 

2. The mindset shift you need to experience to balance the foods you want to enjoy and the progress you want to experience on your weight loss journey.
