FEEL AMAZING WITH THE LIVE AND REPLAY WORKOUTS
If you miss the live class no worries the replay will be posted shortly after the live ends and you can do any time. There are also bonus past workouts from previous lives within the app.
A Few options to make the workouts work for you.
3 a week prioritize 30 minutes of upper & lower plus 1 full body workout a week. (You can choose to do the live/replay or app workouts for your upper and lower days based on your preference)
4 a week prioritize upper, lower, and 2 full body workouts a week.
5 a week add pilates to the above schedule or Bounce and tone to the above schedule.
6 a week, head outside for a walk, or take advantage of an app workout or replay workout.
FIT 50 Monday 6 am
50 minutes of Focused Intesity Training, guaranteed to burn calories while toning your body. This class is a mix of circuits, compound movements, tabata and a total body work out to leave you sweaty and strong.
Arms and abs 30 Monday 7 am
30 minutes focused on toning your arms and strengthening your upper body. Your abs and obliques are also guaranteed to be targeted.
LIT Pilates 50 Wednesday 6 am
Low Impact Training Pilates, this is a mat Pilates class inspired by classes on the reformer. It is low impact and gentle on your joints. It will challenge your core and whole body while incorporating some traditional training moves.
Lower B & Abs 30 Friday 6:30 am
This is a 30 minute lower body focused class that can easily be paried with FIT 30 following it. Look forward to going a little heavier, adding a few more rounds and working those glutes like never before
Fit 30 Friday 7 am
Sometimes 30 minutes is all you need. This class is 30 minutes of Focused Intesity Training, guaranteed to burn calories while toning your body. This class is a mix of circuits, compound movements and a total body work out to leave you sweaty and strong.
Bounce & Sculpt
Wednesday 6:50am
This is an upbeat high energy class. Start on a trampoline or on the floor. Start out with lighter weights or bands to tone your upper body, then take it down to the mat with some ankle weights or your body weight to target your glutes and abs.
